About the event
Taurus is the second sign of the zodiac traditionally associated with the throat, neck and shoulders. All of these areas are associated with Venusian charm, encouraging us to lean deeper into our connection to the feminine…
This will be about how we can lean deeper into communicating with ease within our relationships - how we use our voice, words and femininity to nurture those we hold close.
We will highlight current transits to see how we can harness the frequency and incorporate the insights into our daily living experiences then focus predominantly on Taurus season characteristics which involves a significant slowing down to a more grounded earthy and stable existence after the speed and tenaciousness of Aries.
Things required: yourself, loose comfortable clothing if desired, notebook and pen, things that make you feel feminine or sensual or soft
Things we will be doing: breathwork, yoga, chanting, journaling, relaxing hypno nidra
